Reserved for special public events and external exhibitions with our volunteer events' team, this unique opportunity allows you to experience the thrill of immersing yourself or your family in a military jet fighter cockpit.
The Tornado GR.4, was a multi-role combat aircraft (we've the full size original in the hangars too — ZG771), played a pivotal role in British military operations for nearly three decades.
Its cockpit, features a tandem seating arrangement, with the pilot at the front and the navigator/weapons officer behind.
Its stark, utilitarian interior is dominated by a multitude of controls, dials, and displays. Meticulously arranged to provide the pilots with the information they needed to navigate the skies and execute their missions for the RAF.
